It amplifies the tiny mV analog signal generated by the sensor when combustible gas contacts the bead, linearizes and converts it into standard internal bus data for the main control card to calculate real-time gas concentration (0–100% LEL). Onboard comprehensive self-diagnosis circuit continuously monitors sensor heater circuit break, wire short-circuit, element aging drift and module hardware failure. Fault signals will light the dedicated FAULT LED on front panel and trigger system fault interlock.
